Soul Labs is currently hiring for the position of Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and efficient analytical information to support decision-making at all levels of the organization. This is a key supporting role that spans across all functions within Soul, providing highly advanced information development and analysis services to the Board of directors, external partners, and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Construct and maintain financial models to predict and evaluate business projects.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our crypto financial activities, including transaction processing, wallet management, and ensuring tax compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, and growth, to optimize financial operations and support strategic initiatives.
• Track and report on financial performance, delivering insights and recommendations to maximize profitability and growth.
• Keep up with the latest trends and regulations in the crypto and web3 space to ensure our finance operations remain innovative and compliant.

The perfect candidate?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the crypto or blockchain industry.
• Solid grasp of financial principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to crypto finance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across diverse teams.
