Soul Labs is seeking a talented and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and conducting marketing campaigns across various channels, as well as defining Soul's overall marketing strategy to effectively reach and engage with our target audiences in the web3 space and beyond.

• Conduct thorough market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and inform Soul's marketing strategy.
• Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels to ensure a consistent brand message and reach our global user base.
• Monitor and optimize marketing initiatives using analytics tools, translating data into actionable insights to drive growth.
• Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to optimize ROI and user engagement.

• Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of driving measurable results in a fast-paced, digital-first environment;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets and develop actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms.
• Collaborative mindset and strong project management skills, with the ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape, consistently identifying emerging trends and best practices.
